Service Terms

China Desk is a China-side service coordination platform and charges a clearly agreed service fee or commission. Product payments, supplier costs, legal fees, hospital fees, travel costs, shipping, and other third-party costs are confirmed separately. Where practical, customers pay third-party providers directly. Medical support is limited to consultation coordination, appointment support, information checks, translation, and process assistance. Legal, medical, travel, and other professional services are provided by the relevant professional teams or providers. Scope, fees, timing, and deliverables are governed by the service plan confirmed for each request.
